Molly Robertson

Molly is the Executive Assistant to our CEO. In addition, she provides administrative and operations support to the Spectrum team. She has more than ten years of experience in the real estate and financial service fields. She has a reputation for meeting deadlines and accomplishing multiple tasks in an organized, effective, and friendly manner.

She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Molly was born and raised in Arkansas, and after college returned home to work for Schickel Development, a commercial real estate developer, in administration and marketing. Eventually she made the move to sunny California where she worked in human resources at a financial services firm until joining Spectrum in 2021.

Molly currently resides in Corona del Mar with her Jack Russell Chihuahua, Sal. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time at the beach.
