Spectrum is a 2nd generation family firm, co-founded by “Kelly” Kelly and his son Marc Kelly in 1987. The youngest of the Kelly clan, Ryan Kelly began working with the firm in 1990 and has served as the CEO for the past 20 years.

This depends on the individual client. We typically connect with clients quarterly, and tailor the frequency of meetings based on client needs. We are always available in person, by phone, e-mail or zoom if clients have a question or would like to meet at any time.
